Rates & Policies
I offer individual, couples, and parent sessions in-person (Portland area) and online across Oregon. Coaching is non-clinical and not insurance-billable; all sessions are private pay.
Session Rates:
50-minute (Individuals): $185
50-Minutes (Couples & Business Relationships): $225
80-minute session (Individuals): $295 (helpful for deeper work)
80-minute (Couples & Business Relationships): $340 (helpful when high conflict is present)
New to this work? Many clients find 6-9 weeks of consistent sessions helpful for momentum before moving to a lighter cadence.

Billed on the 1st of each month.
One session may roll over to the next month while your package is active.

Essentials — 2 × 50-min / month: Steady check-ins and skills practice.
Individuals: $370
Couples & Business Relationships: $450
Momentum — 4 × 50-min / month: Great for a weekly rhythm (Most Popular)
Individuals: $740
Couples & Business Relationships: $900
Deep Dive (80) — 4 × 80-min / month: Longer sessions for deeper work.
Individuals: $1,180
Couples & Business Relationships:$1,380
Intensives — Half-day or Full-day: Assessment, deep practice, and a clear roadmap forward. Includes follow-up support.
Half-day (3 hrs): $495 individual / $595 couples & Business Relationships
Full-day (6 hrs): $950 individual / $1,150 couples & Business Relationships
Included with all packages
Brief between-session notes or prompts as needed via phone, text or video.
Payment:
Coaching is private-pay and not billed through insurance (and not eligible for superbills)
HSA/FSA cards are often accepted — check with your plan.
Payment is due at time of service (or on package start date).
A valid card is kept on file in the SimplePractice portal.
SimplePractice securely processes payments after each session / on the 1st for packages.
Receipts are provided on request.
Cancellations:
48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed or late-canceled sessions are billed at the full rate (package sessions are deducted)
